Celebrity Chef 'Andrew Mirosch'
Executive Chef Restaurant Lurleen’s

State Award winning Executive Chef from Restaurant Lurleen's & Channel Seven’s Queensland Weekender.
Andrew is renowned for his seafood as he has not only over twenty years of industry experience and a very impressive collection of awards, he also has a background as a commercial fisherman.

Celebrity Bush Cook 'TOMMO'

A shearer from Queensland who hung up his apron to travel the country showing people how to cook will be one of the attractions at this years Seafood Pavilion.
Now classed as a ‘celebrity bush cook’, Frank ‘Tommo’ Thompson will be cooking up some tasty treats as he tells bush yarns and makes fun of politicians in several fun packed presentations & cooking demonstrations - daily at the Redcliffe Seafood Festival.

Morgans Seafood Restaurant is one of the state's most renowned seafood restaurants with a collection of local and state awards. At the helm for the past 8 years is Executive Chef Deberah Healy Her cuisine style is contemporary Australian seafood with a Mediterranean twist her food is superb and full of flavour, freshness, texture and her presentation visually appealing.
Her 25 years as a chef and a decade of specialising in seafood brings a wealth of product knowledge and seafood perfection to the dinner table!
