INSTRUCTIONS &
INFORMATION
Our shopping facility allows you to select and save
your order before you check out.
STEP ONE
Read the
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION SHEET

This sheet
has helpful information about our pre-order system.
STEP TWO
Create an account
You will be asked for contact details so
that your order
can be both saved to your name and for our secure online credit card
transaction requirements. After you have registered close the
shopping window and go to your e-mail program.
STEP THREE
E-mail link to start shopping
Once you have registered you will receive an e-mail -
almost immediately
open the shopping link from your welcome e-mail.
This link automatically confirms your registration and
you can start your shopping.
Choose the products that you think you will need and
save your order
until you are ready to confirm.
STEP FOUR
Log
back in and check out your order
Once you have decided on your selection of products
and you wish to proceed choose the CONFIRM button. Once you choose
confirm you
will
be required to enter your
credit card information for the non-refundable
$50 deposit.
Once you have confirmed and paid your credit card deposit your order
will then be placed in our system and you will receive a
confirmation and processed e-mail from us. If you log back into the
order system you can see that your order has been confirmed and is
in our system ready for
processing / pick up 24th December.
You can make changes to your order up until 5:00PM 19th December.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your order will NOT
be in our system until you have
CHOSEN TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
& PAID YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT.
If you have forgotten what you
have ordered
then
no problem - just log back into
your
account and re-print a copy
as all of your order
information is saved on the system
under your user name / account.
