  1. Room capacity & booking requirements
    On Saturday evenings our minimum booking requirements are: 80 adult guests,  min $45 menu spend and min beverage commitment of $17 or more – March, April, Sept, October and December. For the other months: 70 adult guests,  min $45 menu spend and min beverage commitment of $17 or more. We can seat up to 200 guests but for a wedding reception it is best to keep the numbers limited to 180 as you require extra room for gift tables…

  2. Tentative dates / Deposit
    We are able to hold a date for you for approx ten (10) working days without the payment of a deposit. Within this time if another couple is interested in the same date we will ask you to make a decision within 24 hours. If it is outside the ten days we will try to contact you first but if the couple pay a deposit to are obliged to accept it. The official deposit for wedding events is $500. You are welcome to part pay this provided the full deposit is paid within two months of the booking. Non-payment of your full deposit means your event date has not been secured.
     

  3. Menu pricing
    We have flexible menus from $47.90pp.  A web version of our full colour wedding brochure is available as a PDF file (downloaded from the tool bar above).

    All prices are subject to change with market conditions and we usually adjust prices & packages in May with the changes effective from July1st

  4. B.Y.O 
    We do not allow ‘Bring Your Own’ beverages or food. However if you have a special bottle of wine, which you have been saving for your wedding reception, we do allow one bottle of champagne or wine (no B.Y.O spirits or liqueurs permitted - this also includes guest table gifts bonbonnaire).
     

  5. Supplying your own decorating 
    You are welcome to decorate your own wedding event but this often is inconvenient to you as we have sometimes more than one event per day and we cannot supply access to the room prior to the day or hours before your start time. Our Room Hire fee is $250 (for this fee we will also include; bridal table, cake table and gift table
    decorations and assemble and place your centre pieces).

  6. Why choose a Sunday
    Besides the fact the we offer an off-peak special many of your other wedding suppliers also offer off-peak incentives, and or you will have better availability of key suppliers such as reception, churches, photographers. The other positive is your guests usually drink a little lighter, which will save you money (on most occasions). Your guests are often more available on Sundays (due to the lack of work or sporting commitments) so be aware of this when you are planning your invitation list. [Back to the top]
     

  7. Starting times 
    Dinner receptions are able to commence from 5PM. Lunches events are able to commence as early as you require with a final departure no later than 3.45PM. We can provide a Brunch, Lunch or Dinner reception. [

  8. Ceremonies 
    You can use our waterfront balcony for your wedding ceremony (after 4.40PM) – unless otherwise approved approx (4weeks prior). We have a ceremony package available please call us. You will need to let us know ASAP on booking that you wish to use the deck for your ceremony so we can have that area available for you on time. If you would like some help to source suppliers to help arrange your ceremony of the beach or in the park please call us. Our 2009-2010 ceremony package is $315.   
     

  9. How long do you have the room for 
    Dinner event - 5 hours is included in your event package. This starts from the time you serve food & beverage (dose not include ceremony). For example if you start at 5PM then you have paid thru to 10PM, the bar will close at 9.55PM and your guests generally leave 30min – 45 min after that. If you wish to keep the bar open for an extra 30mins we charge additional fees for time extensions ( ˝ hour and full hour. Our liquor license permits us to serve drinks until midnight. [

  10. Cancellation policy 
    If you need to cancel your  booking you will need to contact us in writing. Our cancellation policy, event duration & extension fee,... terms & conditions are clearly listed in your event agreement - which is issued upon booking.

  11. Children's Prices / Entertainer Meals 
    We have special prices for children 4-12yrs (starting from $20.50ea). We have several different options for you to choose from for the children's meals - covering basic fish & chips / chicken nuggets and chips to a half serve of the adult menu or buffet.
    We also have a special discount of 40% OFF YOUR MENU for your entertainers & photographers. 

  12. Helpful Information  
    Upon booking we issue an individual agreement which outlines our terms & conditions along with any specific needs discussed, user name & password for you to access other helpful online information specifically designed to assist our brides to be such as; supplier contact information, room plan, seating plan download file and other tips... Alternatively if you do not have access to the net this information can be posted with your confirmation package. Our Terms & Conditions, Menus and Packages are updated in May and effective from July1st each year. Menus and some conditions may change during this time and updated information is posted on our website.
